Unblock single domain in AdGuard Home

Needed to unblock t.co because it was getting annoying over time.

Finding the menu item was simple and intuitive, but the suggestions on that page to unblock a certain domain were not working.

I resorted to the following to get t.co links to work:

@@||t.co^$important
