took a piece of wood, put a female usb-c connector in it alongside a voltage-booster module, and slapped it on a side of a 80mm PC fan

salvaged an old portable led light, grabbed a piece of wood and acrylic, tp4056 and an oversized lipo battery, and made a case around it.
